Full Birth Support Package

Who it’s for:

Anyone who wants a grounding, informed, and non-judgmental presence throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Whether this is your first baby or not, and whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital birth, with or without medication.

What’s it looks like:

  • We meet three times usually in your home, to connect, build trust, and talk through what's ahead. Each session lasts 2-3 hours.

    We can cover:

    • Birth preferences, possible scenarios, and decision-making

    • Comfort measures, coping techniques, and partner support

    • Feeding, newborn care, and early parenthood planning

    • Emotional wellbeing and postpartum preparation

You'll also receive a thoughtfully customized digital toolkit with evidence-based resources, planning tools, and a trusted referral list (including lactation consultants, pelvic health specialists, and more).

From 36 weeks, a TENS unit is available to rent and use at home for early labour.

  • I’m on call from 38-42 weeks, and provide continuous virtual and in-person care during labour and birth.

My role is to stay steady and responsive, offering physical and emotional comfort, and helping you navigate decisions as they arise, while making sure your voice is heard throughout.

I'll stay with you for around 2 hours after birth to make sure you’re nourished, comfortable with feeding, have all of the family photos you desire, and are ready for some alone time with your baby.

  • In the first 1-2 weeks postpartum, I visit you at home for a 4-hour session.

This is time for you to rest, reflect, and be cared for, and might include:

    • A non-judgmental listening ear to help you process your birth experience

    • Guidance on newborn care or feeding

    • Light household help or meal preparation

    • Gentle recovery through massage or herbal remedies

Investment:

$1650 (+ 5% GST) including your personalized resource toolkit and use of a TENS machine. If the full rate is not within reach, a sliding scale is available on a case-by-case basis.

“Syllona took the time to understand our knowledge, concerns, and expectations.

She identified areas where we lacked confidence and equipped us with practical tools, especially for pain management during labour.

Her support didn’t end with delivery. In those exhausting early days, Syllona’s help allowed us to rest, knowing our baby was in loving and capable hands.”
